To Claim your Best Rate Guarantee:

1. Complete the required information on our Best Rate Claim Form. Upon verification of your claim, The Pickwick Hotel will honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, and offer an additional 10% off the lower rate.
2. The lower rate must have been found within 24 hours of making your original reservation on a Pickwick Hotel website for an arrival date no less than 48 hours from the confirmation date.

Here is how our Best Internet Rate Guarantee works:

Let's assume that you book a reservation on thepickwickhotel.com website for a two night stay at $199 per room per night. Within 24 hours, you find a rate for the same Pickwick Hotell of $189 per room per night through another website for the same dates, same room type, and rate payment requirements and restrictions. Complete the Pickwick Best Rate Claim Form and submit.

If we verify that indeed your booking with us is confirmed and a lower rate is available and bookable via another website, The Pickwick Hotel will honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, plus give you an additional 10% discount for every night during your stay for which the lower rate was found.
